Ven Reddy
CEO

Ven has been pioneering early stage technologies for many years, such as kiosks in automobile showrooms, CAD software for home design and software for law enforcement. Ven worked at Intel Corporation in the Technology & Manufacturing Group as a Programmer/Business Analyst. He has held various positions at Alliance Semiconductor including Director of IT, Software and Product Support Manager for the video graphics chipset, and Marketing Manager for the 3D video graphics product line. Ven was the founder of XtraCool.com, a peer-to-peer network for Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, Web, and Wireless users. He was a co-founder of ArtInsider.com, an online retailer which was acquired for its technology and IP. In 2001, Ven started formally working in the venture capital at Alliance Ventures as an Investment Manager, and then in 2004 branched out with his own fund called Annex Ventures; he is also a guest lecturer for MBA classes on venture capital. Ven holds a B.S. degree in Information Systems with a minor in Economics from San Jose State University. Ven also serves on the boards of several private companies.
